Key Civil and Infrastructure Projects undertook by Expand Construction includes:

• Transportation: Development of roads, naval base, air base, and bridges to connect communities, public transit systems, and man-made lakes.
• Water & Waste: Construction of wastewater treatment plants, underground reservoirs, stormwater and detention tanks and complex sewer systems.
• Energy & Utilities: Establishment of power grids, utility corridors for services, and ductbanks etc.
• Defence Development: Construction and upgrading of army camps, naval bases, and airbases.

In the early phase of the company growth, Expand secured and completed several civil and infrastructure projects such as Marina Bay Promenade; Liongrove Supertrees at Gardens by the Bay; Mandai Stormwater & Water Reticulation System and Boardwalks along the Lower Seletar Reservoir; Underground Reservoir & Pumping Station at Bidadari Estate; Changi Naval Base Package I & II.

Expand Construction launched into its second business arm “Civil & Infrastructure” after establishing a strong foundation base in the company.

Again, entering into a new post COVID-19 and Gen2 phase, Expand secured its first large scale DSTA project – the NS Square at Marina Bay; Changi East Airbase C12A & C12B; Murai-Tengah Airbase; Pulau Sudong Airbase; South East Bridge at Marina Bay; etc.
